    And make initial payment online in order for MLI to process your application

  • Please fax or email the documents below
    • A copy of your passport ( Photo page )
    • Housing application form
  • We will email you the Paypal information so that you can make the payments below:
    • $100: Registration Fee
    • $200: Tuition Deposit

    ** You can make a payment either by sending us a check made out to MLI or pay by credit card. Please ask us how you want to make your payment. We will advise you on how to make that payment.**

    After you obtain your student visa and book your airplane ticket.

  • Please inform us of your flight information such as arrival date, time, and flight number.
  • MLI inform you of the documents you will need to bring to school on the first date of school.
  • US Student Services Inc will provide you with accommodation detail information ( if requested and Final confirmation which tells you the emergency phone number, airport pick up person ( if requested ).
  • On the first day of school, please come to school at 1:00pm to attend your orientation.
