If you are a transfer student

• Please send or email all documents below. ( You can come to our school and hand them to us as well. )

  • A copy of current I-20
  • A signed transfer letter form ( Attached )
  • Please download the form from below, it needs to be signed by your school DSO and sent back to us click here to download pdf file
  • Photo of your student ID
• Please make the payment
  $100: Registration Fee
  $200 Tuition Deposite
  
  

  ** You can make a payment by either sending a check to MLI or by paying by credit card. Please ask us how you want to make your payment. We will advise how you can make a payment **
  
  $200: Dormitory Placement fee ( if requested )
  $250: Home stay Placement fee ( if requested )
  $85: Airport pick up fee

• MLI inform you of the documents you will need to bring to school on the first date of school.
• US Student Services Inc will provide you with accommodation detail information ( if requested and Final confirmation which tells you the emergency phone number, airport pick up person ( if requested ).
• When you come to MLI on your first day, we will give you your new I-20
• On the first day of school, please come to school at 1:00pm to attend orientation.
